I have noticed that there are some people who feel like their sins are not as bad as other people’s sins. Even Jesus gives an example of such a person in Luke 11:18. All of us need the Mercies of God. Whether Born again or Not Born again. We all make mistakes and need to ask God to forgive us when we do.
Never allow anyone to stand between you and God, judge you or stop you from aggressively receiving the Mercy, forgiveness and Grace that God offers every day to ALL those who call upon Him.
For the scripture says: “There is no distinction between Jew and Greek; for the same Lord is Lord of all, bestowing his riches on all who call on him. 13 For “everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.” (Romans 10:12)
All of us need the Mercies of God and God generously provides His Mercies every day to all those who ask Him.
But He also asks us to be Merciful towards others. “For judgment is without mercy to one who has shown no mercy. Mercy triumphs over judgment.” (James 2:13)
Let’s receive the mercies of God in our lives today but also show mercy to others.
